Tenant Find

- Arrange and accompany viewings
- Negotiate rent and agree terms of letting
- Carry out two status (including one financial) enquiries or references
- If instructed secure a guarantor
- Collect a security deposit
- Utilise our comprehensive Tenancy Agreement
- Collect first month's rent, less agreed fees
