In addition to our tenant find option, we will ALSO
- Read all gas and electricity meters and assist the tenant in arranging for the transfer of utilities
- Collection of rent
- Receive reports and all queries from tenants
- Make quarterly inspections and advise
- Instruct tradesmen regarding repairs and renewals
- Hold the tenants security deposit bond against any dilapidation
- Carry out a dilapidation assessment at the end of the tenancy
