When you choose the Northern Cyprus Group to assist you in finding and eventually purchasing your dream home in Northern Cyprus, we would like to assure you of our best intentions through out the process.
Detailed below are the steps we shall help you take in securing your dream home We will undertake a client consultation session either in person or via email. Within this discussion we will build up a profile of your requirements covering the following;
- Your chosen location (Probably the most important decision of all!)
- Please refer to our comprehensive description of the main towns and areas.
- Area of interest (including your reasons for choosing this area)
- Type of property
- Size of plot
- Number of reception rooms
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Size of kitchen
- Guest accommodation
- Number of garage spaces required
- Size/Shape of pool
- Jacuzzi
- Pool house
Once a list of possible locations and homes has been compiled we will arrange viewings and also a short tour of the area pointing out local amenities including schools, doctors, and restaurants.
If you feel comfortable with any of the homes we have shown you and would like either a second or even third viewing or you would like to enquire about the costs of purchasing a home we will be able to assist you with either the viewing or an appointment with an English speaking registered solicitor.
